Mary Elizabeth

1986 Hatteras 43 Motor Yacht

The Mary Elizabeth was built in High Point, North Carolina in 1985.  She has lived all up and down the east coast, most recently in Montauk Point, Long Island, and now in Beaufort, North Carolina.  Her previous owner had the name "Shine On" in mind when he bought her, but thought of another when he saw what a stately southern woman she was; he named her "Mary Elizabeth" after his mother. The present owners, Sarah Gakeler and Doug Brisotti came to see her and knew immediately that they would not change the name.  Both their grandmothers share the name Mary Elizabeth.

Mary Elizabeth is 43 feet of expertly designed, Hatteras-crafted sophistication with plenty of spaces to relax or escape while underway.  Stern is an aft deck with comfortable seating for lounging out of the sun.  Forward, the bow is a great place for tanning, reading a book or simply laying back, sipping a glass of wine.  For a commanding view of the waters around you, join the Captain on the bridge for some great sea stories and tales that may or may not be true.  She has two staterooms, two heads and a roomy salon and galley.

The Mary Elizabeth can be chartered for up to 6 passengers for afternoon or sunset cruises, or even for longer cruises and destinations from North Carolina to Florida.
